Martel Construction, Inc. is currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team for an ongoing commercial construction project in Hamilton, MT. Our firm, founded in 1960, is a Montana-based company owned by a group of employee shareholders that serve the Bozeman, Big Sky, Kalispell, and Missoula markets. We employ approximately 200 industry professionals throughout Montana. A 25,000 square foot state-of-the-art millwork shop in Missoula supports the entire company.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will prioritize safety, have a strong work ethic and be reliable, while working in a dynamic environment producing quality work as a member of an engaged team. General laborers with experience in the construction industry and the ability to work consistent, 40-hour weeks are highly desired, however we will consider all experience levels. If you possess strong ambition and you're looking to build a career this could be your opportunity.

Responsibilities:

General laborers will assist skilled workers on the job site, carrying materials, operating hand and power tools, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

The job site is located in Hamilton, Montana.

Additional Requirements:

Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and tools.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Good physical condition and endurance.

Valid driver's license for forklift operation
