Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of our roofing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a focus on roofing systems. From planning and scheduling to on-site supervision and quality control, the Construction Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of roofing projects from start to finish.

Develop project schedules, ensuring timely completion while adhering to budgetary constraints.

Conduct site visits to assess project requirements, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Procure materials, equipment, and subcontractors as needed to support project objectives.

Supervise and provide guidance to on-site crews, ensuring work is performed according to specifications and quality standards.

Monitor project progress, identify deviations from plans, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or inquiries.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and as-built drawings.

Uphold company policies and procedures related to safety, quality control, and environmental compliance.

Familiarity with building codes.

Need to make sure that the photo documentation is complete.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

Proven experience in construction management, particularly in the roofing industry.

Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and installation methods.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.

Not required but preferably bilingual.

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety.

Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Willing to be assigned in Montana.
