PART-TIME MAINTENANCE/ODD JOBS

Ability to operate a tractor and mower required. Also need experience with small maintenance equipment including, but not limited to hand mowers, riding mowers, weed-eaters, snow blowers, etc. Odd jobs could include raking, hand weeding, spraying wasps, planting flowers and bushes, picking up trash, shoveling, etc. Must be responsible and reliable with the ability to effectively communicate with supervisor on projects and scheduling. Flexible schedule depending on your availability Monday through Friday. Prefer someone who can work 16-30 hours a week; 4-8 hours a day, 2-4 days a week.
