Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Life Insurance Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clients with the best life insurance solutions tailored to their unique needs. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, educating them about life insurance options, and guiding them through the application process. With an existing book, the leads are unending!

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Identify clients' life insurance needs through personalized assessments

Present and explain life insurance options and benefits

Assist clients in the application and underwriting process

Provide ongoing support and service to clients

Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations

Achieve sales targets and performance goals

Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred

Proven experience as a life insurance agent or in a similar role

Strong knowledge of life insurance products and services

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Valid insurance license or the ability to obtain one
