Carpenter’s Helper

Join our team at Cascade Ridge, a premier luxury custom home community in Big Sky, MT! We are seeking a motivated and eager Carpenter’s Helper to assist with various construction tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop skills in the field of construction.

Responsibilities:

Assist with general maintenance and construction tasks

Participate in large-scale framing, trim, and finish projects

Work under the guidance of the general contractor

Operate equipment (training provided if needed)

Qualifications:

Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Ability to work well in a team environment

Basic knowledge of construction tools and techniques is a plus

Ability to operate equipment is helpful but not required
