JOB DUTIES

Daily removal of all exterior trash and debris

Snow removal at LMLC owned properties (including hand and machine-operated work)

Assist with TCOA set up and breakdown of specified events (i.e., Farmers Market and Christmas Stroll)

Maintain all exterior grounds that LMLC manages and owns

Evening, weekend, and holiday event coverage when applicable

Parking lot management and enforcement of rules

Holiday lighting & decorations

Mowing, trimming, and small-scale landscaping projects in the summer

COMPETENCIES

2+ year of groundskeeping or facilities experience

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

High attention to detail

Independent worker

Able to manage time effectively

Customer-focused

Ethical conduct

REQUIREMENTS

Valid driver’s license

Reliable transportation to Big Sky Town Center

Able to stand on feet for 8+ hours per day

Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

Able to work in subzero temperatures for up to 8 hours
