End of Summer Hot Air Balloon Flight Crew

Endeavor Aviation, the hot air balloon charter company, is seeking part-time hot-air balloon chase crew.

This job involves very heavy lifting, as well as driving large trucks with trailers. Preference will be given to individuals with prior experience in these fields. We do not expect any prior ballooning experience. We will train you!

All flights are conducted in the early morning at sunrise and can occur seven days a week. We are seeking applicants with open availability during the mornings from now (August 5th) until the end of September. This is an "end of season" position.

We fly in Bozeman and Big Sky on-demand and are seeking applicants with reliable transportation to and from our offices in Bozeman.

We meet at sunrise (which fluctuates as the season progresses). The earliest meeting time is 6:00 am and crew is typically finished no later than 11:00 am. Usually, the flight operation takes less than 3 hours. Flight crew members are responsible for equipment set-up, balloon chase and pack-up. We fly once per day.

This is not an offer for a free balloon flight-you will be on the ground. However, most of our crew members get at least one chance to fly during the season.

Pay is per flight - $50.00 per flight in Bozeman, $70.00 per flight in Big Sky, plus tips, which can be significant each day! Average base pay plus tips per morning is around $100 per day.

This is a great way to have fun and earn some serious extra money before most people get out of bed. A majority of our crew members have other jobs during the afternoons/evenings.
