Roofing Labor

I am looking for good people who are willing to work and learn the roofing trade. I specialize in standing seam metal. No experience needed; I'm looking for good character. Must be sober from drugs, and coachable. We work long hours in the summer. In the winter we always have some time off, but I have plenty of work to stay busy.

I pay all of my guys very well, and there is no ceiling to the pay, the more material we can install in a day, the more money we can make. I'm a super chill boss, and I have a lot of knowledge to pass along.
