Coffee Shop Manager - Zocalo Coffee

Zocalo is a locally owned coffee shop in downtown Bozeman built around community, creativity, and great coffee. We take pride in quality drinks, good vibes, and a team that supports each other.

The Role:

We’re looking for a full-time manager to oversee daily operations and help grow the shop. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and passionate about both people and coffee.

Responsibilities:

- Manage inventory and ordering

- Create and execute new seasonal menus and specials

- Train and support staff to maintain consistent quality and service

- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shop

- Handle scheduling, communication, and other managerial duties

- Work closely with ownership to implement systems and ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For:

- Prior coffee or food service management experience preferred

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented

- A genuine love for coffee and community
