Seasonal Sous Chef

In need of a seasonal sous chef for an established catering company. Must be clean, organized, and efficient on preparation days leading up to events as well as on site event execution. Must be able to effectively delegate and manage all back of house processes and prepare for multiple events. Culinary graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
