A 20+ year old local production environment is seeking a FT office admin. / manager.
DAILY DUTIES (not all inclusive)
Customer Service - phones, walk ins - must be an excellent communicator with customers
Sales and a comfortableness with the sales process with all customers - an ability to sell
Email filter of 2 email accounts - take all emails and properly distribute to other employees OR respond professionally and / or create a work order -getting a deposit from customer and distribute to proper employee.
Run a morning WIP report (work in progress) and delegate to staff to ensure projects are being completed according to due dates
Have a strong managerial background in knowing how to efficiently and effectively run a "PRODUCTION" type environment. An ability to delegate and follow up.
Excellent communication, phone skills & email skills
Minor bookkeeping duties (entering payments into the POS, checking mail, sending out statements and invoices Basic Excel spreadsheets and Word knowledge.
Must be an efficient problem solver and have excellent organizational skills
A marketing background helpful or a graphic design skill set a bonus - a good eye for detail
Strong computer skills.
Social Media content (3- 5 posts a week)
Must be a TEAM player. One who might bring suggestions and improve efficiencies and organization.
Ordering of materials and inventory management
The perfect candidate needs to have a good understanding where all the jobs are in the process (our POS system helps with this, but they need to be aware of pending due dates, if we need to order materials for that job etc .)
A fun, gregarious outgoing personality, a willingness to learn and seek ways to help grow the business and maintain excellent customer service.
