Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist

We’re seeking a compassionate and versatile team member to support both patient care and front desk operations, working with both small animal and equine patients.Responsibilities:Restrain pets and assist with exams, procedures, and surgery (including anesthesia support)Triage patients and assist with diagnostics (lab samples, imaging)Provide nursing care and administer medicationsCommunicate treatment plans with clientsGreet clients, manage calls/emails, and schedule appointmentsCheck clients in/out, process payments, and maintain reception areaOffer empathetic support to clients during sensitive situationsWork Environment:Exposure to odors, noise, animal waste, bites/scratches, and contagious diseasesGrowth Opportunities:Ongoing training and development to help you grow in your role or advance your career
