Repair Technician for Siding, Soffit, Fascia, Roofing

Perfect Pitch Roofing and Exteriors is a family-run, veteran-owned roofing and exterior company serving the St. Louis and surrounding areas. We are looking for skilled and dependable Roofing & Exterior Repair Technicians to join our team. This role is ideal for someone experienced in diagnosing and repairing roofing and exterior issues while delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform roof repairs on asphalt shingles, flat roofs, and other roofing systems

Install and repair siding, gutters, soffit, fascia, and flashing

Conduct on-site inspections to diagnose leaks, storm damage, and workmanship issues

Complete small-to-medium repair jobs efficiently and safely

Communicate clearly with homeowners, project managers, and office staff

Document work completed, including photos and notes

Ensure all work meets company standards

Maintain a clean jobsite

Follow all safety procedures and use proper PPE

Qualifications

5+ years of roofing repair experience preferred

Experience with siding, gutters, soffit, fascia, and general exterior trades

Strong problem-solving and leak-tracing skills

Ability to work on ladders, roofs, and in varying weather conditions

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to communicate professionally with customers

Must be dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
