Knows how to hang ceiling fans

Change out outlets

Knows how to switch out doors and install door framing

Pretty much know how to do make ready for ren

Starting pay depends on experience

Between 20 and $25 an hour

This is a 1099 position

You will get paid every Friday

You are responsible for filing your own taxes
