Sam The Concrete Man, the premier residential concrete provider in St. Louis Metro Area is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator. The Project Manager/Estimator is responsible for providing concrete flatwork estimates and overseeing the projects. All appointments will be pre-qualified and scheduled in advance by our call center Mon-Fri. in St. Louis area and surrounding municipalities

JOB SUMMARY:

Meet perspective clients to discuss scope of projects.

Creating project estimates for clients.

Meet with crews who perform the projects.

Scheduling job starts.

Collecting payments from clients.

Photographing job sites.

Effectively manage your time.

Provide consistent and exceptional customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

21+ years old

Professional demeanor and appearance

Punctual

Confident

Reliable

Valid Driver’s License

Experience in one of these fieldsis a plus: concrete, masonry, landscaping, or asphalt.

COMPENSATION:

Weekly stipend plus commissions. At plan, $60,000 annual income with no cap!
