Full-time

My name is Bill Morris. I own Oakville Automotive in South St. Louis County.

Oakville Automotive was started over 43 years ago by the previous owner. I bought the shop after 10 years, working as a Tech here. I vowed to change the business to benefit everyone that worked with me. To treat everyone that worked with me with respect and appreciation for what they do. To make sure we bought every piece of equipment and tools needed to help the Techs get the job done right the first time. We want to be the place EVERY great Tech wants to work at.

Are we perfect? Heck no, but we are a heck of a lot better than anyone else.

We are one of the fastest growing shops in the area. 30% car count increase year over year the past 4 years. We keep everyone busy and working 40 hours a week. Hours are: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday. Absolutely NO WEEKENDS or HOLIDAYS

So why all this long story in an ad? Because when you apply, I want you to know what kind of owner and positive work environment you will be working in. If I put this much passion and transparency in a job description, just think of what it is like to work here. Take a chance and put your best foot forward and apply today.
