Looking for Residential Construction Laborer

Hello, my company is currently looking to hire a laborer.

Trying to hire a hardworking individual looking to contribute their talents to a growing company. This position is initially a full time 1099 position but will transition to W2 with tenure. Benefits and Insurance are also available with tenure.

Laborer applicant must be able to show up on time ready to work 8-hour days and pick up more than 75lbs at times. You will be working directly under a skilled carpenter helping to clean up messes, cut wood, hang drywall and demo projects prior to construction. Applicant must also have general knowledge of all carpentry saws including circular, table, miter and demo saw. Applicant must also have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, general tools, good attitude and be able to pass a background check. Laborer pay is based on experience and ranges from $15-$25 per hour.

The position is subject to an in-person interview and back ground check! Work is performed Monday through Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm with weekends off and vacation pay with tenure. Lunches will be 30min and will be paid.
