Looking for Skilled Carpenters and Laborers

Hello, my company is currently looking to hire a laborer and skilled carpenter.

Trying to hire a couple hardworking individuals looking to contribute their talents to a growing company. This position is initially a full time 1099 position but will transition to W2 with tenure. Benefits are also available with tenure.

Laborer applicant must be able to show up on time ready to work 8-hour days and pick up more than 75lbs at times. You will be working directly under a skilled carpenter or tile setter helping to clean up messes, cut wood/ tiles, hang drywall and demo projects prior to construction. Applicant must also have general knowledge of all carpentry/ tile saws including circular, table, miter, tile and demo saw. Applicant must also have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, general tools, good attitude and be able to pass a background check. Laborer pay is based on experience and ranges from $15-$25 per hour.

Carpentry position would be responsible for installation of cabinetry, cabinetry finishes, trim, moldings, baseboards, bathroom/ kitchen hardware and occasionally prefinished hardwood flooring. Applicant must also have superior knowledge of all carpentry tools and saws including circular, table, miter and demo saw. Applicant must also have at least 5 years experience and an incredible eye for detail, reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, general tools, a good attitude and be able to pass a background check. Pay is based on skill set and experience ranging from $25-$40 per hour.

All positions are subject to an in-person interview and back ground check! Work is performed Monday through Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm with weekends off and vacation pay with tenure. Lunches will be 30min and will be paid.
