Your Role:

As an Automotive Fleet Mechanic with Budget Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, you'll be the expert in maintaining, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a fleet of over 30 vehicles. Your responsibilities include:

Performing comprehensive maintenance and repairs on our fleet vehicles (Utility trucks and vans).

Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.

Ensuring the fleet's operational readiness and safety with monthly maintenance.

Communicating effectively with team members and management.

Providing detailed service reports and recommendations.

Maintaining a professional appearance and strict adherence to safety protocols.

Steering & Suspension

Diagnostics

Engine Repair

AC Repair

Some Fabrication

Requirements:

We're looking for candidates who meet these qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance.

MVI License (or the ability to obtain one).

Strong technical expertise in brakes, steering & suspension, diagnostics, engine repair, AC repair, and some fabrication.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Clean driver's record and valid driver's license.

Ability to pass background and drug screenings.

Salary:

$50,000-$70,000 based on experience.
