We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a knack for building relationships. You will be responsible for generating leads, working with customers from company driven leads, closing sales, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Present products and services to potential customers, effectively communicating their value.

Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives on a regular basis.

Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals.

Keep detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.

Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall sales strategies.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.

Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the granite industry, but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in working on a computer
