SSC Engineering, Inc is seeking an Administrative Assistant to complement our current staff.

Basic Job Functions:

1. Answer the telephone, transfer calls and take messages.

2. Type (edit) engineering specifications from a master specification that has been marked up by an Engineer.

3. Work with engineering staff on typing reports, issuing documents and coordinating projects.

4. Coordinate office meetings using MS Office Calendar.

5. Coordinate package deliveries to and from the office.

6. Prepare transmittals for documents being sent out of office.

7. Filing.

Job Qualifications:

I. Friendly telephone voice and proper etiquette.

II. Ability to get along with other employees.

III. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Word, Excel and Calendar, for basic typing skills with proper grammar and spellcheck.
