Experienced, Reliable, Perfectionists to Perform AirBnb Turnovers

Seeking highly self-disciplined INDIVIDUALS - NO companies - to perform First Class, METICULOUS turnovers between guest stays at each of my two AirBnb units, at 11 AM sharp on check-out day of each reservation.

Check-out days vary, based on guest reservation.

Unit One

A ground floor, two bedroom, spacious unit with washer /dryer, kitchenette.

Pay for this turnover is $75 per job (approx 2-2.5 hrs)

Unit Two

A lower level, one bedroom, basement efficiency with mini kitchenette.

Pay for this turnover is $50 per job (approx 1.5 -2 hours)

As part of the Unit Two turnover, the outside stairs descending to this unit, as well as the outside entry, MUST be kept clean of leaves and free of debris.

Work involves stripping beds, washing and drying linen while you scrub clean and make the space gleam and shine,
