Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated self employed - self motivated worker/maint manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of all facets of construction, tear out, build back, electrical, HVAC.

Duties:

- Repair misc Tenant Loft Repairs

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Requirements:

- Prior experience in general labor

- Ability to use power tools and hand tools effectively

- Strong attention to detail and ask questions as needed

- No Drug Users - Zero tolerance
