CNC Machine Operator – Contract-to-Hire Opportunity!

Join a leading company in Saint Charles, MO! We're seeking motivated individuals for a CNC Machine Operator role with great growth potential. If you’re ready to work overtime and get hands-on training, this is the job for you!

What You'll Do:

Inspect and prep equipment

Maintain a clean work area

Log orders and operate machines

Use micrometers, calipers, and gauges to inspect parts

What We’re Looking For:

Willingness to learn and train across various machines

Basic math and blueprint reading skills a plus

Pay Based on Experience:

$17/hr – No experience, but eager to learn

$18/hr – Some experience with blueprints and CNC

$19-$20/hr – Proficient in reading blueprints and using micrometers

$21-$24/hr – Skilled Machinist with setup and basic programming

$24-$28/hr – Lead Machinist with programming experience

Additional Info:

Shift: 2nd Shift (3:30 PM – Midnight)

PPE: Safety shoes required

No drug screens or background checks
