I'm in need of one or two guys/gals to help with a fairly large work load. I do interior remodeling including kitchens, bathrooms, basements. That includes framing, electric, plumbing, drywall, paint, finish trim, and so on. I also do quite a few decks and some siding here and there.

I could use a young guy/gal, if your a gal that can keep up, that can show up on time and is willing/capable of learning.

I could also use a more experienced guy that can also show up on time. I honestly don't care about age as long as it doesn't effect your ability to get shit done.

I work in pretty nice homes for the most part. Common manners are a must. If you are incapable of watching your tongue around customers don't bother. If you only need a job to satisfy your parole officer don't bother. Drug issues don't bother. This includes 24/7 pot smokers/users. I understand it's legal. But it's not cool while working on my jobsite. After your work day is completed do as you do. Not on my jobsite! If you go to lunch and return stoned I will fire you!

In the long run this is a 1099 job. You will be paid as a subcontractor. You are responsible for your own insurance and I do not offer any benefits besides a free lunch.

Hourly rate is negotiable depending on your capabilities. If you're a journey men carpenter that only knows flooring install don't expect $40 an hour. I do floor laying, but I'm not a floor laying company. I do it all. I assume you get the point. If you can prove that you can do what I do than you'll get paid for it.

If you're willing to learn I can teach you a lot. We all started from grunt work in this industry. But there is a ton of room to grow if your willing to work hard.

Please text your experience and pay requirements. By experience, I would like to know what you can perform at a professional level. For example, my 11 year old will tell you he can mud/tape. Well any monkey can throw mud on a wall, but that doesn't mean shit to me if we're sanding a mess of compound for a day. Just be honest with what you are and are not capable of performing at a professional level. We'll work it out from there.

I'll be following up to responses tomorrow evening after I sort through them. Don't call me over and over while I'm trying to manage the jobsite. A simple text or email with the above mentioned info will do. I'll get back to whom I can when I can.

Most of my work is in the West County area. But I jump around a bit. The job we're on now is in Hillsboro. I also have jobs lined up in and closer to St. Louis. My point is that we bounce around as needed. I don't want to hear any shit about the job being too far from you.

Thanks, Adam
