Property Manager looking for reliable handyman

I am a property manager with roughly 100 properties. I am searching for a reliable handyman.

We typically have 10-30 hours of work per week.

We pay $50 for the first hour and $30 per hour after that.

Some jobs will be big and others will be small. You will get consistent work.

You need at least 5 years experience in the construction industry. You'll need to be professional when dealing with tenants and reliable transportation is required. Call or text if interested.
