7:30 AM Start time, Monday through Friday. Weekends as needed.

Florida Pool and Spa has proudly serviced the St. Louis area for over 30 years. We are looking for responsible and respectful individuals to add to our seasonal service team. Anyone with technical training or prior pool knowledge is encouraged to apply. We strongly promote teamwork and a friendly work environment. Service Technician:

Open Pools: Remove cover, start equipment, troubleshoot issues, minor plumbing repairs, chlorinator installation, pool cleaning.

Close Pools: Apply cover, winterize lines, winterize equipment.

Mid-Summer Maintenance:

Check pools for dirt and debris.

Backwash pool water filter to keep the pool clean.

Check the chemistry of the pool and chlorinate the pool if required.

Scrub pool floors and walls using sponges, soap, and chemicals.

Perform vacuuming activities in hard-to-reach places inside the pool.

Empty pool traps and filters and replace either or both in case of wear and tear of malfunction.

Mix chemicals in appropriate quantities and pour the concoction into pools.

Maintain pool water levels by checking gauges.

Check pool filtration motors and equipment regularly.

Job Types: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour (based on experience)

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
