Maintenance Person Wanted

We are looking for a maintenance person for our rentals; all properties are in the Belleville/Swansea/Shiloh area. $25 per hour, flexible schedule, no W2/1099/benefits, paid weekly. General maintenance, painting, plumbing, some electrical, knowledge of HVAC, flooring skills a plus. We give you a list and will also assist (setting up appointments, working with your schedule), and you take it from there. Must have your own truck/van and tools.
