Animal Caretaker/Horse Ranch

In need of an animal caretaker and ranch hand.

Responsibilities include:

Handling, feeding, cleaning stalls, worming, riding, lunging, and generally taking care of 8-10 horses.

Animal sitting for owners when on vacation.

Feeding, cleaning, and general care of 13 chickens

Lawn and pasture maintenance

Installing/fixing, fencing

General building projects

The successful candidate MUST HAVE horse handling experience, horse hauling experience. Dog, cat handling experience. Experience with other farm animals is desirable. Must be able to work without direct supervision. Some ability with construction is a plus. Must have experience with farm equipment, to include- tractor, skid steer, brush hog, mowers, weed-whip. Must have valid driver license and insurance.

This position is full time with benefits include, sick/vacation time, health insurance. It also requires a flexible schedule and includes weekend work. Pay dependent upon experience.
