Senior Project Director

The Senior Project Director will lead and coordinate large-scale, complex projects, ensuring seamless integration across engineering, procurement, and construction. This role requires exceptional leadership to guide multidisciplinary teams and mentor Project Managers and Project Directors, driving excellence in project delivery and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage integrated EPC (ONEsolution) projects of significant scope, complexity, and value.Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to CRB Project Managers and Project Directors.Ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations for quality, schedule, and budget.Maintain industry certifications such as PMP and AECPMA.Champion best practices in integrated project delivery and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
