Our client is looking for a remote manufacturing recruiter.  We are looking for a recruiter, who lives in CST time zone and has experience recruiting for production roles.Responsibilities:Source, screen, and interview candidates for various manufacturing and production rolesDevelop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the manufacturing industryCollaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptionsConduct initial phone screenings Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboardingMaintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openingsStay updated on industry trends and best practices in manufacturing recruitmentProvide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Note: This position is remote and requires residence in the CST time zone. Experience in recruiting for manufacturing production roles is essential.
