Respond to all technology or analytics related inquiries or complaints within CoStar, verify problem, and take the necessary corrective action

Complete in-system configurations as requested by service line leadership

Manage user access requests and configure appropriate security rights

Audit users and associated permissions to remain compliant with SOC II requirements

Remain knowledgeable regarding business practices of account’s service lines including transaction management and lease administration

Develop custom reporting to be utilized by both internal and client teams

Collaborate with service line leadership and PowerBi teams to leverage CoStar to produce meaningful insights through data

Project manage any integrations into CoStar to ensure successful and timely delivery

Develop and document SOPs related to the appropriate utilization of CoStar and business practices

Engage and develop effective working relationships with both internal and client leadership

Assist with measuring and reporting key performance indicators and performance against service level agreements

Partner with C&W technology platform to understand latest CoStar product offerings and best in-class application management

Perform tasks with minimal supervision
