mRNA Upstream - Scientist

The successful candidate will be responsible for production and analysis of RNA constructs and carrying out general bench work activities for the upstream and downstream process development groupEmployees will be responsible for:Production and analysis of RNA constructsCarrying out general bench work activities for the upstream and downstream process development groupConducting small scale IVT and purification experimentsReceiving and managing samplesPerforming required analytical testsProcessing the data and providing data summaries back to the responsible scientists.Authoring development reports to enable regulatory submissionsProviding support as part of an mRNA therapeutic process development team.The candidate should have expertise/experience in :molecular biology/biochemistry with an emphasis on RNA/DNA biology/biochemistry concentrationfiltration techniques including tangential flow filtration and direct filtrationchromatography techniques (analytical and/or process)qPCRELISACapillary electrophoresisThis role as a contract duration of 18 months.Contract can be extended upon performance.
