Building Maintenance Technician

We’re looking for a dependable Building Maintenance Technician to help keep our facilities running smooth and in top shape. This is a hands-on position — ideal for someone who isn’t afraid to get dirty and can troubleshoot a wide range of maintenance issues.

Responsibilities:

Perform basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, cleaning, etc.)

Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance

Respond promptly to maintenance requests

Ensure work areas and tools are kept clean and organized

Requirements:

Previous maintenance, Janitorial, or repair experience preferred

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Reliable transportation

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Must be able to lift 50 lbs and handle physical work

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
