Maintenance Technician

This position will directly report to the portfolio’s General Manager and Facilities Manager.

Pay is competitive and DOE, and with the opportunity for a performance-based bonus. Minimum 1 year of experience required in the Residential or student Housing industry. Overall duties include but are not limited to:

 Assisting in the development and management of the maintenance budget

 Maintaining the preventative maintenance program

 Handling purchase orders for all maintenance inventory

 Ensuring that grounds are picked up daily and are in pristine condition

 Conducting all quarterly inspections and addressing any outstanding maintenance issues immediately

 Assisting in vendor selection and unit maintenance during turn

 Assisting in the oversight/supervision of third-party contractors working on-site

 Customer service

Job Type: Full-time Salary: DOE Experience

- Experience as a plumber, electrician, a builder or a general handyman

- Knowledge of Entrata is a plus

Required Education:

- High School or equivalent
