And our work depends on a TS/SCI level cleared Tableau Administrator/Data Visualization joining our team to support our Intelligence customer in Springfield, VAHOW A TABLEAU ADMINISTRTAOR/DATA VISULIZATION WILL MAKE AN IMPACTJob DutiesConfigure and maintain Tableau Server Software Layer and System Administration (includes site creation, server maintenance/Upgrades/patches).Working with management to develop sustainable processes to govern the continued rollout of the Tableau toolset.Change management including software, hardware upgrades, patches Monitor server activity/usage statistics to identify possible performance issues/enhancements Performance tuning / Server management of tableau server environment (clustering, Load balancing).Facilitating change and innovation to legacy systems and processesUtilize expertise in information visualization and design to create and deploy new platforms and services for visualization initiatives.Create/Manage Groups, Workbooks and Projects, Database Views, Data Sources and Data Connections.Manage and support migration of objects (dimensions, measures, hierarchies, reports, workbooks, dashboards), from development to production environments.Required SkillsAssisting in the documentation of requirements and specificationsDeveloping required Tableau content reports and dashboardsProvide appropriate training and support to business users on the use of Tableau interactive web reports, and Tableau Desktop.Providing Hands-on training to a small subset of reporting individuals on a sustained basis with the intent to transfer report/dashboard development experience.Additionally this role is required to have API development experience, to assist in the development and deployment of custom Tableau extensions.Must have a Secret clearance and/or eligible for TS/SCI clearanceGDIT IS YOUR PLACE:● 401K with company match● Comprehensive health and wellness packages● Internal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your career● Professional growth opportunities including paid education and certifications● Cutting-edge technology you can learn from● Rest and recharge with paid vacation and holidays#RoverGSSThe likely salary range for this position is $116,979 - $131,584. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
