Join our dynamic Human Resources team and play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent to support our company’s growth and success.As a Corporate Recruiter, you will manage the full cycle recruitment process for various positions across our organization, with a primary focus on sales and commission-based roles. You'll utilize multiple channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to identify and engage quality passive candidates. Your ability to create compelling job postings tailored to attract top sales talent will be key to your success.Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You'll work closely with leaders to understand their hiring needs, sales procedures, commission structures, and success factors. Additionally, you'll partner with the Senior Corporate Recruiter to develop and build internship and pathway programs, including partnerships with local colleges, trade schools, and high schools.Your innovative sourcing strategies will ensure that departments receive quality candidates efficiently, and you'll be dedicated to providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Staying connected and engaged, you'll identify and implement efficiencies, procedures, and tactics to enhance the recruitment process for both internal and external constituencies.Cross-training with the Senior Corporate Recruiter and other HR colleagues will promote a cohesive team environment, and you'll provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and metrics to the HR team and senior management.If you're passionate about identifying and attracting top talent and ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role, we want to hear from you! At least three years of experience in staffing with a focus on sales or commission-based roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong customer service skills.
Desire to work together as a team for positive outcomes.
Permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Organization Structure and Interfaces:This position will report to the Director of Human Resources and will involve strong collaboration with the Senior Corporate Recruiter and other HR colleagues. It is based at our corporate headquarters in Springfield, IL, and offers an opportunity for a hybrid remote schedule after an initial training period.Location and Compensation:The salary range for this full-time position is $72,000 - $85,000 annually, with the starting salary varying depending on factors including education and experience.
