ResponsibilitiesNoblis is seeking to hire an Instructional Systems Designer with the obility to obtain and maintain a Top Secret with SCI and Polygraph in Springfield, VAAs an Instructional Systems Designer at Noblis, you’ll work with subject matter experts, scientists, and clients to capture learning requirements and recommend solutions to advance their mission effectiveness. Leveraging learner-centric principles to design the experience, you’ll design synchronous, asynchronous material, and performance support tools that most effectively improve performance while minimizing impact to time away from mission for learners. Building from ADDIE and SAM models, your expertise and creativity will result in new ideas to develop engaging and interactive learning experiences. Your expert communications skills will be critical as you meet regularly with stakeholders to solicit ideas, gather information, ideate on innovative delivery techniques, and incorporate collected feedback throughout the development process. To ensure learning solutions delivered are meaningful and meeting expectations, you will collect and analyze results using various evaluation methodologies, namely the Kirkpatrick Model, then assess and implement adjustments to learning solutions to maximize continuous improvement. At Noblis, you will gain exposure to industry leading expertise and subject matter that is transforming the tradecraft and overall mission effectiveness for our Intelligence Community clients.Required Qualifications
BA/BS in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
Willingness and abililty to obtain TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
3-5 years of experience working with subject matter experts and clients.
3 or more years of experience conducting detailed training and/or job/task analyses.
3 or more years of experience designing products that are Section 508 compliant.
3 or more years of experience on a team of instructional designers, graphic artists, and programmers in a client-focused consulting environment.
Experience in developing learning solutions for Intelligence Community agencies.
Experience conducting detailed training and/or job/task analyses.
Experience working with Microsoft SharePoint and/or Microsoft Teams.
Experience working with virtual learning environments and facilitating live virtual events.
Experience delivering or facilitating in-person training.
Experience developing both soft-skills and technical training.
Experience designing instructor-led, online courses, mobile learning, and/or blended solutions.
Experience designing products that are Section 508 compliant.
Experience designing and developing SCORM -conformant content.
Experience and working knowledge of at least one rapid development tool (e.g., Presenter, Captivate, Articulate).
Strong written and oral communications skills.
Desired Qualifications
TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
Ability to be flexible to handle multiple priorities and to work flexible schedules as necessary.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Strong attention to detail.

The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours.
