Location: Springfield, MO (North side) Compensation: Salary + Bonus + Path to Equity/Ownership Employment Type: Full-time

I am looking for a Partner, not just an employee.

I have acquired a 6,000–10,000 sq. ft. industrial facility here in Springfield. As you can see from the photos, it is currently a "blank slate" shell.

I am a remote owner handling the capital, sales, and business strategy. I am looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to run the physical side of the business.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with warehouse/logistics experience who wants to build a business but doesn't have the capital to start their own yet.

THE DEAL:

Year 1: You come on as the Operations Manager. You oversee the facility build-out, handle shipping/receiving, manage inventory, and run the floor. You get a salary and full control of the warehouse.

Year 2: If you hit our performance targets, you unlock a profit-sharing agreement or an option to buy-in as a full partner.

THE REALITY (Please Read):

This is not a climate-controlled office job. In the beginning, you will be working in a raw warehouse environment.

You must be self-sufficient. I am not on-site to hold your hand. If a forklift breaks or a shipment is late, you need to fix it.

You must be tech-literate enough to handle email, inventory software, and Zoom calls with me.

WHO FITS:

Veterans or experienced Logistics Managers tired of corporate red tape.

"Blue collar" leaders who know how to run a crew and a forklift.

HOW TO APPLY: Reply to this post with an email. Subject Line: "Springfield Partner" Include:
