Transportation Dispatcher

Communicate and work closely with Outbound dispatcher

Arrange reloads (back hauls) for all company trucks

Schedule pickup & delivery appts

Data entry of all load information into dispatch system

Daily dispatching of drivers using trucking dispatch software, ELD's and phones

Daily tracking of all trucks and drivers via ELD system to manage & utilize drivers available hours

Resolve daily driver issues

Monitor and collect all detentions for trucks and drivers
