Cnc Machinist

Job Title: CNC Machinist - 1st shiftJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist for a 1st shift position. The ideal candidate will set up and operate CNC lathes and mills to manufacture various parts, perform program edits and offsets, and operate multiple machines simultaneously. This role requires precision measurement and attention to detail.Responsibilities

Set up CNC lathes and mills.

Run parts to tolerances as close as 0.0005".

Perform precision measurement.

Execute minor program edits and offsets.

Conduct machine maintenance and cleanup.

Essential Skills

Experience in setup and operation of mills and lathes.

Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, gauges, thread and plug gauges.

Ability to perform precision measurement.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

CMM experience is a plus (or knowing when to use it).

Strong prioritization and time management skills.
