Building Maintenance Technician
Missouri, Saintlouis, 63101 Saintlouis USAAdecco is hiring for a Building Maintenance Technician in Berkley, MO 2nd shift hours, $23.50 an hour.Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred. 18 months (One 18-month periods) maintenance related experience, including a minimum of 500 hours of on-the-job experience. Must have experience with welding, mechanical systems, high pressure gas systems and basic PLC skills. Must have a confirmed understanding of electrical installation & construction, AC/DC motor drives, gearboxes, hydraulics & pneumatics systems. Able to move up to 50 lbs. Perform area housekeeping duties. Background in industrial systems. Work scheduled shift, weekends and holidays as required. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals.Other Job Requirements: Adhere to OHS policies and procedures and ensure a safe and balanced workplace environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be aware of potential exposure to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals; and high noise areas.Work Schedule: 2nd shift Maintenance Technicians works 2:00 pm - 10:30 pmShift HoursMonday- Wednesday (10 days strait) 4 days off, 5 days on 2 days off and back to 10 days/4 off schedule.This is an on site position, NO possibility of remotePay Details: $23.50 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
