We support flexible working arrangements wherever possible.Position SummaryThe Designer, Creative Design role will support our mission through the development, design, and execution of digital, printed permanent and promotional merchandising solutions, as well as retail specific assets for our multi branded portfolio that drives brand preference whilst aligning with global brand and product strategies and priorities to drive growth and profitability.Responsibilities
Global and area team collaboration
Brand and Marketing asset execution
Creates digital, social, print ready displays, in-store signage, tradeshow, and promotional graphics in line with Global and Retailer-specific guidelines
Coordinates with Project Managers, Lead Designer, Shopper Marketing, Activation and Category Teams to ensure timely execution of retailer initiatives
Understand, embrace, and execute brand treatment, priority initiatives and communication with emphasis in providing support from development to execution with heavy focus on retail display, in-store merchandising and signage, and promotional materials
Responsible for the execution of brand and product assets as assigned
Brand and product print assets include but are not limited to: retailer-specific display graphics, signage, concept mock-ups, digital renders, key visuals, large format tradeshow graphics, banners, and promotional materials
Digital creative asset development includes but are not limited to: social media ads, paid search ads, native and digital display (static & dynamic)
Responsible for leading the timely and precise creation of designs from concept through final delivery of print ready mechanical files based on supplied specifications for several types of print production
Prioritize requests appropriately and manage daily workflow effectively
Organizing assets, shepherding/traffic to stakeholders, executing asset deployment
Review files to ensure adherence to established standards before release or delivery
Collaborate and work closely with other design specialists including but not limited to: lead designers, project managers, production managers, industrial designers, illustrators, retouchers, photographers, etc.
May also be assigned additional duties as needed
CPG background preferred
Design experience with emphasis on in-store merchandising
Design experience with emphasis on digital with an understanding of best practices
Strong photo retouching skills
Experience with a Digital Asset Management system
Experience with a Project Management system
Experience with 3D rendering tools a plus
Experience with motion graphics a plus
Experience with AI image creation a plus
What we are looking for
4-year degree required in Visual Design, Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and instruction
High Fluency in Adobe CS (Illustrator & Photoshop a MUST)
A strong portfolio demonstrating successful delivery and experience designing cross medium aligned with brand guidelines, showcasing excellent design sensibilities such as attention to detail, color, layout, and type hierarchy
Creative concept skills, category/product research, brainstorming
Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver on brand
Understanding of dieline creation, typography, color palettes and processes
Knowledge of printing processes and technologies and how it affects different substrate materials
Understanding of print-ready file setup according to supplier specifications
In-depth understanding and mastery of the print production, pre-press file preparation, and color management processes
Experience with large-format file creation and image conversion for large scale printing
Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and follow-up abilities
Proactive and self-directed, capable of taking initiative
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across all professional levels
