Understand complex financial data and processes to perform data analysis, review reporting logic to assess completeness and accuracy
Conduct data validation controls to ensure completeness and accuracy of data sets / reports
Provide engagement execution / support in areas of: data management, data extraction, data analysis, advanced analytics, and reporting
Work with large data sets within a variety of tools to include, but not limited to: QlikSense, Trifacta, Excel, Access (VBA), SQL and/or Alteryx
Responsible for development of data visualizations, including dashboards and reports
Qualifications:
A minimum of one year of data analytics experience; U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
Understand complex financial data and processes to perform data analysis, review reporting logic, trace data lineage and sources
Experience / knowledgeable with data visualization tools such as: Tableau (preferred), QlikSense, SAP Lumira, Alteryx
Experience with data warehousing concepts, relational databases, structures / ETL best practices in a finance, operations, or enterprise environment desired
Familiarity with Federal Financial Management including any of the following: financial reporting, accounting, auditing, audit readiness, or general ledger/financial systems desired
Proficiency with SQL to produce complex, ad-hoc queries; understanding of Extract-Transform-Load (ETL)
U.S. citizenship required and an active U.S. Federal government Secret security clearance
