Plant AdministratorJob DescriptionThe Plant Coordinator is responsible for partnering with Neosho Nutra Blend Plant leadership to support the business through leading community event strategies, owning the attendance processes and coordinating the needs of the business.The Plant Coordinator provides a range of project coordination and high-level administrative support by performing diversified, complex, and time-sensitive duties. This role is a critical partner assisting in executing the day-to-day business activities within and outside the organization.Duties and Responsibilities:

Leads community activities that demonstrate and support Plant and Affirmative Action Goals.

Manages and oversees attendance program.

Responsible for local payroll processes, including short- and long-term disability administration.

Proactively recommend ideas and solutions to effectively address the needs of the plant.

Anticipate potential issues, determine reasonable solutions to problems to drive improvement.

Maintain employee personnel and all other related files.

Ensure legal and compliance information postings are met and union information as needed.

Completes and submits regular union reporting.

Coordinates plant visits for leadership.

Owns and executes administrative activities in support of Leader Development.

Performs as backup for administering leaves of absence process in compliance with CBA.

Manages project coordination and process improvements ensuring timely delivery of outcomes.

Agile and willing to be pulled into projects initiatives outside the immediate job description, where administrative participation is of importance.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Professional verbal and written communication; understands nuance and adapts communication style based on audience and situation.

Demonstrates composure under pressure and good decision-making skills.

Detail oriented and driven to deliver work with the highest degree of accuracy.

Demonstrates agility and able to change work priorities at a moment's notice.

Strong planning, organizational, time and project management skills.

Experience:

High School diploma or higher.

2 - 5 years of administrative support or related experience.

Experience interacting with all levels of plant employees and management.

Able to maintain confidentiality.

Able to be proactiveandwork both independently and collaboratively, while supporting multiple team members.

Must have a process-improvement mindset.
