MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS

Read blue prints

Ability to calculate take offs

10 years' experience

Self-motivated

Qualified in new home construction

Capable of running multiple crews

Reliable

Excellent organizational skills

Goal and results oriented

Adept in building and maintaining relationships with builders
