Construction Labor - Make Readies

We are looking for experienced construction laborers to help with rental property make readies. This work requires:

- Basic carpentry skills: installing doors, repairing subfloors

- Flooring: Installing LVT or vinyl sheet flooring

- Painting

- Drywall: Mostly repair

- Bathroom remodel: Swapping out bathtubs, surrounds, shower stalls, toilets

- Cabinetry: Hanging wall cabinets, installing countertops

You will need your own basic carpentry tools and reliable transportation a truck is a plus, but not required. All of our work is in the KC metro.

This is an ongoing position, we do 10-20 make readies per month in Kansas City. When make readies are slow, we have other work new construction, large renovation projects. Pay is $25-$30/hour depending on experience. This is a 1099 contract job. Reliable transportation is required. We are not looking for crews, only hourly workers.
