Looking for a Handy Man / Maintenance Person

We have about 400 Rental property's Located in independence MO. Looking to fill a full time position. Must have Valid Drivers Licenses to to drive from place to place. And reliable transportation. Must Have HVAC Experience, to work on furnaces and AC units. Must have plumbing knowledge to snake drains out.
