Sub Contractors Needed for Commercial & Residential Painting

We are looking to hire professional & reliable sub-contractors to handle exterior, interior, cabinet painting and carpentry.

We are looking for responsible, careful and experienced painting contractors to help care for our clients as we continue to grow while maintaining our trusted reputation.

Who are we looking for?

Responsible Contractors who have:

1) Equipment & Tools – everything for interior & exterior painting / wood rot replacement etc.

2) Transportation – Non-Branded vans / trucks

3) Workman’s Compensation (this is not a must but great if you already have)

4) General Liability Insurance (must have with minimum $1,000,000 coverage)

5) Fill out W9 - We pay out as 1099 upon job completion

6) Pay is by the job with a work order and photos
