Auto Parts Coordinator Newman's Auto Body collision repair

Our Parts Coordinators are responsible for ordering, verifying and distributing parts for our collision repair locations

Accurately identify parts necessary to complete repairs in the shop

Establish strong relationships and work with vendors to locate and order parts

Receive and inspect parts for quality and accuracy

Ensure timely distribution to the shop in accordance with the production schedule

Maintain accurate accounting records for purchased and/or returned parts

Keep parts area clean and organized for production efficiency

Attend/collaborate with team during daily production meetings

Other duties as assigned
